The Recipe

1 1/4 c Coconut

1/3 c Sweetened condensed milk

1/4 ts Salt

1/2 ts Vanilla

1 Egg white

3 tb Cocomalt

Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) 15 minutes. 16 servings. The Household Searchlight -----
