15 oz Soft tofu 6 tb Yogurt;plain, nonfat -vegans could use soya milk -yogurt 3 tb Vinegar 2 ts Dijon mustard 1 Garlic clove -Granulated sugar substitute -to equal 1 tsp sugar, opt. 1/2 ts -Salt 2 tb Vegetable oil Use whenever regular mayonnaise is called for. In food processor, combine all ingredients except for oil until smooth. with motor running, slowly drizzle oil through feed tube until mixture is creamy. Refrigerate in covered container. Mixture thickens when chilled. MAKES: 2 cups
