1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 c Coarsely grated peeled Cucumber 1 ts Fresh grated lemon peel 2 ts Fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 ts Dried dill weed Salt and pepper In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or sald dressing, cucmber, lemon peel, lemon juice and dill weed.
