1 c Butter  4 oz Unsweetened chocolate  4 Eggs  Pinch salt 2 c Sugar  1 c Sifted flour  1 t Baking powder  1 t Vanilla  1 c Chopped pecans  1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9" square baking pan. Melt butter and  chocolate in small saucepan over low heat. Stir to blen and set aside to cool.  2. Beat eggs until light yellow; add salt, sugar, flour, and paking  powder. Beat well. Blend in cooled chocolate, vanilla and pecans. Blend thouroughly.  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted  in center comes out clean.
