1 1/4 c All purpose flour  1/2 ts Salt  1/2 ts Soda  1/2 c Granulated sugar  1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar  1 Egg  1 ts Vanilla extract  1/2 c Land O Lakes butter, soften  1 c Diced toasted almonds  1 c Chocolate covered raisins  Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
