1/3 c Balsamic vinegar 3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese 1 ts Salt 3 ts Black pepper fresh ground 1/4 c Olive oil extra lite 2 tb Oregano chopped 1 Garlic clove minced fine 2 tb Fresh basil minced 2 ts Soy sauce 1/3 c Chablis Mix all ingredients into the oil.
