The Recipe

1 unbaked pastry shell -- (9")

1 can Chicken of the Sea -- (13 oz.)

tuna -- drained & flaked 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

3 eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 dash ground nutmeg

Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes and remove to cool. In large bowl toss together next 3 ingredients, then remaining with the seasoning, mixing well. (Richard varies recipe by adding half can crea m of celery soup as part of the cheese measure!) Bake 40-50 minutes or until kn ife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8. Perfect dish for the beach or sending to a covered-dish-dinner. Delicious also without the pastry shell. May also vary the meats using 1 cup of either minced ham, chicken pieces or turkey pieces.
