1 1/2 c Part skim ricotta cheese
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 tb Finely grated orange peel
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1. In a bowl, mix together cheese, sugar, 1 tablespoon peel, and nutmeg.
2. Spoon mixture into a small bowl and sprinkle with remaining peel. If
made ahead, cover and chill up to 2 days. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
