The Recipe

1 banana -- sliced

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1 kiwi -- sliced

1 orange -- sectioned

1 can pineapple chunks -- (or 1 cup drained)

1 cup canned peaches

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese -- softened

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Confectioner=D5s sugar

Slice banana, strawberries and kiwi. Section orange. Add fruit to bowl. Ad d pineapple chunks and canned peaches. Set aside. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in whipping cream. Add vanilla and confectioner =D5s sugar to taste. Pour over the top of fruit. Refrigerate until ready to ser ve.
