1 lb Shrimp, peeled, deveined 1 ts Dried oregano, crushed 1 T Butter 1 Tomato, Medium, chopped 1/2 c Whipping cream 1/2 c Sliced green onions 1/4 c Shredded swiss cheese or 1/4 c Crumbled blue cheese 1/4 c Grated paresan cheese 1. Cook Linguine to package directions. 2. While Linguine is cooking, heat garlic, oregano and butter 1 min in saucepan, stirring frequently. 3. Add tomato and continue to cook for 3 min or until tomato is cooked. 4. Add shrimp, cook until just pink. 5. Add remaining ingredients. 6. Cook covered until cheese melts and sauce is hot. 7.
