1 c Yogurt, plain or -fruit-flavored 2 c Chopped fresh fruit pn Freshly grated nutmeg 2/3 c Ice-cold champagne, -sparkling water or ginger -ale Mint sprigs (opt) -OR Fruit slices (opt) -(for garnish) (From "Cooking Smart," by Sharon Tyler Herbst.) Combine the yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full. Top off with champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with mint sprigs or fruit slices, if desired. Serves 2.
