The Recipe

1 c Unpopped AM Popcorn

4 c AM Oat Flakes

1 c AM Wheat Flakes

1 c AM Barley Flakes

2 c AM Cracked Wheat

-OR- 7 Grain Cereal 2 c Coconut (optional)

1 c AM Sunflower Seeds

1 c Peanuts

1 c AM Sesame Seeds

-- (Mechanically Hulled) 1 c -to...

2 c Honey or other sweetener

1/2 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil

1 tb Mapleine or vanilla

-OR- other flavor ----------------------------------OPTIONAL---------------------------------- 1 c Raisins

1 c Dates, chopped

1 c Dried apricots, chopped

1/2 c Dried pineapple, chopped

1/2 c Dried papaya, chopped

1 c Almonds, chopped

1 c Pecans, chopped

1 pk Banana chips

Pop popcorn. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine honey, oil, and flavoring in a separate bowl. Stir honey mixture into dry ingredients. Bake in non-preheated oven at 350 F. for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in fruit. Cool.
