4 c Rolled oats 1/3 c Whole-wheat flour 1/4 c Chopped dates; or raisins, o ; 2 t. honey 1/2 ts Salt 5 c Water Recipe by: The New McDougall Cookbook Preparation Time: 0:15 Mix the oats, flour, dates, raisins or honey, and salt in a large bowl. Add the water to make a batter. Pour the batter into a blender in batches until the consistency is smooth. (Or process all at once in a food processor.)
