1/2 c Lentils (uncooked) 1 c Chopped carrots 1/4 c Chopped celery leaves 3 Cloves chopped garlic 1/2 ts Dried basil 2 c Tomato juice 2 md Potatoes (don't peel) -(chop into 1/2" cubes) 1/2 c Chopped celery 1 tb Chili powder (or less) 1/2 ts Dried oregano 3/4 c Water Throw it all in a large sauce pan, mix it up, and bring it to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer til veggies are tender (about 45 minutes). Hope you like it, Michele
