4 oz Velvetta cheese -- cubed 12 oz Chicken 4 ts Lite margarine 1 Onion -- chopped 1 sm Can of green chilies -- Drained 14 oz Canned stewed tomatoes -- Chopped 4 ts Cornstarch 1 1/2 cn Chicken broth 4 Corn tortillas Salt & pepper -- to taste Garlic powder -- to taste 1. In a non-stick pan, saut? chicken and onion in margarine until done. 2. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes. 3. Add 1/2 cup broth, tomatoes, green chilies and cook until thick. 4.
