The Recipe

100 g Paneer (or cottage cheese)

2 c Mixed boiled vegetables

3 Tomatoes

2 Onions

1 ts Ginger and garlic paste

1 1/2 ts Chilli powder

1/2 ts Turmeric powder

2 ts Coriander powder

1 ts Garam Masala

1 c Milk

3 ts Fresh cream

3 ts Ghee

To taste salt Ghee for deep frying 1. Grate the onions

2. Put the tomatoes in hot water . After 10 minutes take off the skin and

chop 3. Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry in ghee.

4. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes

5. Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1/2 minute.

6. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli

powder, Garam Masala and salt. Fry for at-least 3 to 4 minutes. 7. Add the boiled vegetables, milk, cream and fried paneer pieces

8. Cook for a few minutes
