6 sl fat-free turkey bacon --

: cooked and crumbled 1/2 c skim milk

1/2 c low-fat baking mix

3 eggs

1/4 c Fleischmann's? Fat Free

: Spread -- liquid 1/8 ts black pepper

1 c fat-free cheddar cheese --

: grated Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a food processor, combine milk, baking mix, eggs, spread, and black pepper. Process for 15 seconds. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top; gently press below surface with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
