1/2 cup green bell pepper -- diced

2 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno -- minced fresh

1 teaspoon garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly ground

1 teaspoon cumin

1 cup ketchup

1 cup tomato -- diced fresh/canned

4 burger bun

Saute onions, green pepper, jalapeno pepper and garlic in oil until onions are translucent. Add beef and cook, stirring until meat is lightly browned.
