3/4 lb Flank steak, cut into thin  Strips 2 tb Oil  1 1/2 c Broccoli florets  1/2 c Scallions,cut diagonally  Into 1" pieces 1/2 c Diced red pepper  1 1/2 c Water  2 tb Dry sherry  1 tb Soy sauce  1 pk French's Spice Your Rice  Beef and Onions Flavor Seasoning 1 1/2 c Rice  Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
