8 3/4 medium Onions -- chopped 1/2 cup Olive Oil 8 3/4 pounds Chili Meat 8 3/4 cans Stewed Tomatoes -- chopped, undrained 4 3/8 cans Green Chili Peppers -- undrained 4 1/8 pounds Tomato Sauce 2 1/8 cups Ketchup 1/2 cup Chili Powder 1 1/8 teaspoons Pepper 8 3/4 cans Red Kidney Beans Saute the onions in olive oil. Add chili meat. Cook til lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain fat. Stir in tomatoes, green chilies, tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Partially drain kidney beans and add to chili. Simmer 15 minutes longer. Serve with cornbread.
