The Recipe

3 c All purpose flour

2 ts Vanilla extract

1 1/2 ts Baking soda

2 pk Candies/m and m's; 1.69 oz

1 1/2 ts Salt

2 pk Reeses pieces (1.95oz)

1 1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed

6 oz Chocolate chips

1 1/2 c Butter or margarine; soften

2 c Pecans; chopped

2 Eggs

1 c Peanuts; chopped

Mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to form a firm dough. Divide into three parts. E.T. Cookies: fold into the dough 1 cup chopped peanuts and 2, 1.95 oz. (candy counter size) packages of Reeses Pieces. M & M Cookies: fold into the dough 1 cup chopped pecans and 2, 1.69 oz. packages (candy counter size) of M & M's plain chocolate candies. Chocolate Chip Cookies: fold into the dough chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 minutes at 375~. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to rack to cool all the way. -----
