The Recipe

1 3/4 c Flour

1 c Margerine or butter; soften

1/2 ts Baking soda

1 c Sugar

1/2 ts Salt

2 Eggs

3 c Frosted flakes; crushed

1 ts Vanilla

6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips

--- melted Stir together flour, soda, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream margerine and sugar til light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Stir in crushed cereal. Drizzle melted chocolate over dough. With knife, swirl melted chocolate gently thru the dough to achieve a marbled appearance. Drop by rounded measuring Tbls onto ungreased sheets. Bake at 350~ about 12 min or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. 5 dozen.
